APNPI Membership Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction
Welcome to APNPI (Accredited Professional Newborn Photographers International). By becoming a member, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions, which govern your membership and use of our services. Please read these Terms carefully before subscribing.

2. Membership Eligibility
To be eligible for membership, you must be at least 18 years of age. By registering for membership, you confirm that all information provided during the registration process is accurate and complete.

3. Membership Tiers and Benefits
APNPI offers various membership tiers, each with different levels of benefits, including access to educational resources, courses, competitions, and exclusive member-only content. The specific benefits for each tier are described on our website. APNPI reserves the right to modify the benefits associated with each membership tier at any time without prior notice.

4. Membership Fees
Membership fees are charged annually or monthly, depending on your selected plan, and are non-refundable as outlined in Section 8 (Cancellation and Refunds). By subscribing, you authorize APNPI to charge your payment method for the membership fee at the time of registration and on each subsequent renewal date.

5. Auto-Renewal
Your membership will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period (monthly or annually), and your payment method will be charged the applicable membership fee unless you cancel your membership before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

6. Membership Account
As a member, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify APNPI immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or other security breaches. APNPI will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account.

7. Use of APNPI Services
Your membership grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to access the services provided by APNPI, including educational content, courses, and competitions, for personal use only. You may not share, distribute, or resell any materials accessed through your membership. Any unauthorized use of APNPI’s intellectual property may result in the termination of your membership.

8. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings.

Due to the digital nature of the courses and to respect our instructors’ intellectual property, we are unable to offer refunds after the initial purchase.

For recurring payments, if you cancel within 7 days of your recurring payment, you may be eligible for a full refund. No refunds will be issued after this period. For annual memberships, pro-rated refunds are not offered upon cancellation after the initial 7-day period.

9. Changes to Terms and Fees
APNPI reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, including membership fees, at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. If you do not agree with the updated Terms or fees, you may cancel your membership before the changes take effect. Continued use of your membership after the changes are posted will constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Code of Conduct
Members are expected to uphold the highest standards of professionalism and respect in all interactions within the APNPI community. Any abusive, harassing, or inappropriate behavior may result in the suspension or termination of membership without refund.

11. Intellectual Property
All content provided to members, including but not limited to courses, videos, articles, and competitions, is the intellectual property of APNPI or its licensors. Members may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any materials without prior written consent from APNPI.

12. Limitation of Liability
APNPI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of its services, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or opportunities. Our total liability in connection with these Terms will not exceed the total membership fees paid by you in the past 12 months.

13. Termination of Membership
APNPI reserves the right to terminate your membership at its sole discretion for violations of these Terms or misuse of services. In such cases, refunds will not be provided.

14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [your country/state]. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Canada.
